The Hypercom IN-tact series of products are IP gateway devices that provide

protocol conversion and secure managed connections for dial terminals. The

IN-tact 1202 allows you to fearlessly use your current POS dial terminals with

its backup capabilities and take advantage of a DSL, cable modem or VPN

Ethernet connection to access a host interface using TCP/IP.

• Supports dial terminals or ATM connections

• Seamlessly delivers transactions to a backup host in the event the

primary host is unavailable

• Redundant TCP/IP and connection to backup host destinations

• Connects to an external wireless modem for use of GPRS as backup to

broadband or as primary connection

• Connects to an external analog modem for use of PPP over dial as

• SSL connection to a remote SSL server ensures secure transaction

over the Internet

• Supports SNMP for existing customer management systems
